It is traded under the name KC Gaming Networks Limited and is operated by a number of shareholders of various nationalities.
According to Alexa, a company that ranks global internet traffic, as of late April 2020, Youtube.com and Google.com are Nigeria’s two most popular websites, with Bet9ja.com coming in third.
According to a recent report by IABC Africa, it is also the #1 most-visited local website in Nigeria and the only Nigerian website in the top 500 most-visited websites internationally as of April 2020.
Ayo Ojuroye and Kunle Soname, the company’s CEO and chairman, respectively, co-founded Bet9ja. In 2022, Bet9ja was named the Nigeria Professional Football League’s official sponsor and partner.

Kunle Soname
A politician, businessman, sports fan, and head of Bet9ja, a betting platform he founded in 2013, Kunle Soname is from Nigeria. He is also the first Nigerian to own a European club, having purchased C.D. Feirense in 2015.
Childhood And Education
Soname received his degree in estate management from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1988.
His political career began in 2003 when he ran for and won the position of Executive Chairman of the Ikosi-isheri Local Council, which he held until 2011.

Soname established the Career Remo Stars Football Club in 2004 under the name FC DENDER. The club was then moved from Lagos State to the Remo area of Ogun State, where it is currently competing in the top division of the Nigerian Premier League.
